        — aux fins de prouver sa capacité économique et financière, le soumissionnaire joint à son offre une déclaration concernant le chiffre d"affaires global pour les 3 derniers exercices disponibles.

        Aux fins d"être sélectionné, le soumissionnaire devra prouver avoir eu un chiffre d"affaire global d"au moins 250 000 EUR,

        — en vertu de l"article 148 sexies, § 1 de la loi du 21.3.1991 portant réforme de certaines entreprises publiques économiques, l"adjudicataire doit être titulaire d"une licence individuelle pour la prestation d"un service d"envois de correspondance relavant du service universel, soit de moins de 2 kilos.
