        Deze opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst voor een looptijd van 4 jaar betreffende de levering en installatie van reizigersinformatieborden (verder in dit bestek kortweg infoborden genoemd).

        De opdrachtnemer dient in te staan voor het leveren en plaatsen van infoborden en het bieden van de nodige operationele dienstverlening gedurende 10 jaar (inclusief de netwerkdiensten) om de realtime info aan de reizigers te tonen binnen de aangeboden doorvoertijd en binnen de aangeboden beschikbaarheid.

        Kort samengevat omvat deze opdracht:

        — het leveren van infoborden met eventueel bijhorende toebehoren (bijvoorbeeld zonnepaneel) voor het tonen aan een halte van real time doorkomsten en eventuele reizigersberichten;

        — het leveren van haltepalen;

        — de installatie op de haltes;

        — het leveren van de operationele dienstverlening;

        — het optioneel leveren (verplichte optie) van alle onderhoudswerken op de haltes.
