        The European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) is an inter-institutional office responsible for organising open competitions and other procedures for the selection of personnel on behalf of all European Union institutions, bodies and agencies (I/B/A). EPSO wishes to enter into a framework service contract to receive support for the running of assessment centres as the final step of the selection procedure of permanent officials staff for the EU I/B/A. The services required are split in 3 work packages:

        — work package 1: test material:

        work package 1A — development of new test material (and test variations) and accompanying documentation (marking grids, manuals, guidelines, etc.) and support (participation in selection board validation meetings);

        work package 1B — adaptation of pre-existing tests,

        — work package 2: training of selection board members and EPSO staff,

        — work package 3: provision of IT tools, support and services linked with the informatics tools used by EPSO.
