        Une liste des 5 principaux travaux similaires effectués au cours des cinq dernières années dont au moins un concerne un bâtiment à usage industriel. Un de ces principaux travaux devra être d"un montant de minimum 10 000 000 EUR (HTVA), les 4 autres devront être d"un montant minimum de 5 000 000 EUR (HTVA). Pour chacun de ces travaux le soumissionnaire précisera le montant, les dates de chantier, les coordonnées du Maître d"Ouvrage et son statut (public ou privé).

        Tous seront appuyés d"attestations de bonne exécution. Ces attestations seront émises et signées par l"autorité compétente. Lorsque le maître d"ouvrage est une personne privée, elles le sont par celui-ci. A défaut, une simple déclaration de l"entrepreneur est admise. Elles indiquent le montant, les dates de chantier et le lieu d"exécution des travaux et précisent s"ils ont été effectués selon les règles de l"art et menés régulièrement à bonne fin.
