         De materialen zijn onderverdeeld in percelen, en kunnen dus aan verschillende leveranciers gegund worden:

         1) clips,

         2) open chirurgie: staplers, cutters en laders,

         3) endo chirurgie: staplers, cutters en laders (abdominaal),

         4) endo chirurgie: staplers, cutters en laders (thoracaal + hepatobiliair).

         De looptijd van het contract is gedefinieerd op 4 jaar.

         Tijdens de selectie wordt er een demoperiode voorzien.

         1 maal gegund wordt er een proefperiode van 6 maand voorzien.
