        Par le présent accord-cadre, le pouvoir adjudicateur entend désigner, quand le besoin existera, un prestataire de services par lot du marché, chargé de réaliser des missions de consultance dans la recherche et la mise en place de projets d’investissements d"entreprises des Pays-Bas en Wallonie.

        Les objectifs annuels assignés au consultant sont les suivants:

        1. détection d’au moins 10 leads (contact ayant exprimé un intérêt pour un investissement direct en Wallonie à court et moyen terme, c.-à-d. moins de 2 ans) acceptés par l’agence;

        2. au moins 5 visites exploratoires en région Wallonne de leads détectés par l’adjudicataire et acceptés par l’agence.
