        The purpose of this call for tender is to designate the technical secretariat for the group of notified bodies established under the Directive 2009/142/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30.11.2009 relating to appliances burning gaseous fuels. The same technical secretariat will assist in an equivalent manner also to the coordination group of the notified bodies related to Regulation (EU) 2016/426 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9.3.2016 on appliances burning gaseous fuels and repealing Directive 2009/142/EC assuring continuity of the collaboration of the notified bodies under the Regulation which will fully repeal the GAD as from 21.4.2018.
