         Deze opdracht is een opdracht voor aanneming van diensten in de zin van art. 3 van de wet van 15.6.2006.

         Deze diensten hebben betrekking op de actualisatie en verbetering van de bestaande numerieke hydrodynamische modellen van het beheersgebied van W&Z afdeling Bovenschelde. In de opdracht worden 4 deelopdrachten voorzien:

         1. Modelanalyses en verbeteringsstrategie.

         2. Actualiseren en verbeteren van de hydrodynamische modellen.

         3. Kalibratie en validatie.

         4. Leveren van eindproducten.

         Volgens de CPV-classificatie hebben deze diensten betrekking op:

         — 71300000: diensten van ingenieurs.

         — 72242000-3: Maken van ontwerp-modellen.

         Onderhavige opdracht heeft betrekking tot 3 modellen:

         1. Hydrodynamisch model van de Dender.

         2. Hydrodynamisch model van de IJzer.

         3. Hydrodynamisch model van de Leie, Bovenschelde en Gentse kanalen.

         De uitvoeringstermijn is 7 kalendermaanden.

         De opdracht wordt technisch en inhoudelijk nader omschreven onder deel III „Technische bepalingen” van dit bestek.
