        Les prestations ont pour objet le nettoyage des différents locaux énumérés dans les prescriptions techniques.

        Elles comprennent également la fourniture des produits d’entretien et le matériel nécessaire au nettoyage.

        Le présent marché concerne les lieux de prestations suivants :

        1) Siège social : Villette - Place des Tramways 9/1 à 6000 CHARLEROI

        Les prestations seront assurées du lundi au vendredi entre 7h30 et 16h30 excepté :

        * les bureaux de la Direction Générale ainsi que le secrétariat situés au 2ème étage

        * l"accueil réservé au public situé au rez-de-chaussée (guichets)

        ==> A ces endroits, les prestations doivent impérativement être terminées à 8h00.

        2) Pavillon Sud : Square des Martyrs du 18 Août à 6000 CHARLEROI + Pavillon Abeille : Chemin du Halage à 6000 CHARLEROI

        Les prestations seront assurées du lundi au vendredi entre 18 heures et 20 heures et le samedi entre 8 heures et 12 heures.

        3) Locaux Beaux-Arts : Rue de l"Ancre 7 à 6000 CHARLEROI

        Les prestations seront assurées du lundi au vendredi entre 8h00 et 14h30

        4) Dépôt Jumet - Rue Auguste Delvaux n° 1 à 6040 JUMET

        Pavillon Madeleine: Chaussée de Bruxelles n°1 à 6040 JUMET

        Faubourg de Gosselies: Faubourg de Bruxelles 244 à 6041 GOSSELIES.

        Les prestations seront assurées du lundi au vendredi entre 7 heures et 15 heures et le samedi entre 8 heures et 12 heures.

        Les prestations seront assurées du lundi au vendredi entre 7 heures et 15 heures.

        Ce bâtiment n"est pas encore en fonction ni utilisé par notre personnel. Un avenant en cours de contrat sera demandé dès que le bâtiment sera fonctionnel et nécessitera un nettoyage.
