Provision of external network services — wide area network services, Internet fall-back services.
The services will be performed at the premises of the participating EUIs, worldwide.
Provision of external network services ensuring connection of the participating EUI’s sites and internal networks with their remote locations and with remote individuals. The procurement includes wide area network and Internet fall-back services.
ENSII-NP — External Networks Services (WAN and Internet Fall-back Services)
The date indicated in Section V.2.1) is the date of the award decision, not that of the conclusion of the contract.
The awarded contract volume (see Sections II.1.7, V.2.4) is a global maximum amount, which includes a reserve for unforeseen needs and newly created EU bodies, etc.
The European Commission has launched this procedure on its behalf and on behalf of the following EU institutions, agencies and bodies:
— European Parliament,
— Council of the European Union,
— European Economic and Social Committee,
— Committee of the Regions,
— European Agency for Safety and Health at Work,
— European Aviation Safety Agency,
— European Fisheries Control Agency,
— European GNSS Agency,
— European Medicine Agency,
— European Police Office,
— European Railway Agency,
— Fuel Cells and Hydrogen 2 Joint Undertaking.
The following EUIs may join the framework contract by way of an amendment:
— Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators,
— European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights,
— Clean Sky 2 Joint Undertaking.
Within 2 months of the notification to the plaintiff or, in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to the knowledge of the plaintiff an action for annulment could be launched. Any request made and any reply from the contracting authority, or any complaint for maladministration, will have neither the purpose nor the effect of suspending the time limit for launching an action for annulment or of opening a new period for launching an action for annulment. The body responsible for hearing annulment procedures is indicated in Section VI.4.1).
