         Objet du marché:

         Le présent marché consiste en la conclusion d’un accord-cadre pour la fourniture d’infliximab 100 mg (code ATC L04AB02) et ses prestations associées.

         L’accord-cadre a pour objectif de désigner les 2 soumissionnaires ayant remis les offres économiquement les plus avantageuses sur base des critères d’attribution et de leur appliquer la clé de répartition suivante: la fourniture des 90 % du marché en terme de quantité sera confiée au soumissionnaire classé en première position, les 10 % restants au soumissionnaire classé en 2e position.

         Lieu de livraison: Chirec ASBL, sites:

         — hôpital Delta – Boulevard du Triomphe 201 – 1160 Bruxelles,

         — hôpital de Braine-l’Alleud-Waterloo – Rue Wayez 35 – 1420 Braine-l’Alleud,

         — clinique Sainte-Anne-Saint-Remi – Boulevard J. Graindor 66 – 1070 Bruxelles.

         Allotissement: étant donné son caractère indivisible, le présent marché n’est pas divisé en lots.

         Options: néant.

         Durée du marché: le marché est conclu pour une période de 2 ans avec clauses de reconduction.

         Sauf en cas de notification contraire, le marché est reconduit tacitement pour une période renouvelable de 2 fois 1 an. Le nombre maximal de reconductions est de 2, portant la durée maximale du marché public à 4 ans. Le pouvoir adjudicateur peut notifier à l’adjudicataire par lettre recommandée au moins 3 mois avant la date d’échéance du marché public, la non-reconduction de ce marché. Si le marché n"est pas reconduit, l’adjudicataire ne peut exiger aucun dédommagement à cet égard.

         Les commandes émises avant la date d’échéance du marché demeurent exécutables.
