         De opdracht omvat het technisch onderhoud van de HVAC (Heathing Ventilation Air Conditionning), waterbehandeling, sanitaire- en elektrische installatie van Cc De Werf, Molenstraat 51, 9300 AALST en dit volgens verder nader beschreven bepalingen en bijlagen.

         Dit onderhoud omvat tevens alle nodige afstellingen, regelingen en benodigde interventies om in het gebouw een comfortafel klimaat voor personeel en gebruikers te creëren, dit conform wetgeving, bepalingen in dit bestek en goede praktijk. De uitvoerder zal het zorg dragen voor een zo laag mogelijk energieverbruik.
