         Toelichting: Deze opdracht heeft tot doel het bedrijfsafval dat door diensten van de Universiteit Antwerpen (Campus Drie Eiken (CDE), Campus Groenenborger (CGB), Campus Middelheim (CMI), de Stadscampus (CST), Campus Paardenmarkt (CPM), Campus Mutsaard (CMU) en eventueel nieuwe campussen) wordt geproduceerd, in te zamelen, op te halen en te verwerken volgens de bepalingen van het materialendecreet, de federale en/of regionale regelgeving, alsook volgens de Europese richtlijnen hierover.

         Deze opdracht omvat enerzijds de inzameling, afvoer en verwerking van laboafval en anderzijds de inzameling, afvoer en verwerking van afval voor de technische dienst zoals hout, bedrijfsafval klasse II, piepschuim, vlak glas enz.

         Deze opdracht is een opdracht voor diensten in de zin art. 2, 21o van de Wet inzake overheidsopdrachten van 17.6.2016.
