         Voorwerp van deze leveringen: Aankoop, levering en plaatsing van operatie-en onderzoeks microscopen

         Toelichting: Het AZ Sint Maarten wenst voor het nieuwbouw ziekenhuis apparatuur aan te kopen.

         Het gaat hier ondermeer over microscopen voor neus-keel-oor, neurochirurgie, orthopedie, oftalmologie met vaste ophanging, en drie onderzoeksmicroscopen voor neus, keel en oor.

         Het nieuwbouwziekenhuis is momenteel nog in afwerking en opent officieel zijn deuren op 15.10.2018.

         Een aantal diensten zullen eerder inhuizen, waardoor de installatie volledig gebruiksklaar dient te zijn uiterlijk 1.7.2018.

         De levering en montage van deze apparatuur kan meteen na toewijzing aangevangen worden in functie van de beschikbaarheid.

         Een onderhoudscontract over een periode van 10 jaar maakt deel uit van deze opdracht.

         Het AZ Sint Maarten wil 1 opdrachtnemer aanstellen voor het geheel van alle posten, zodat er ook slechts 1 aanspreekpersoon accountable is. Deze opdracht wordt omwille van deze reden niet opgedeeld in percelen.
